Highly professional!!!

The doctor and staff do not reply to or even read portal messages or review blood work. Impossible to get ahold of any helpful staff on the phone as well and sometimes they even hang up on you. If you are a patient here, be sure to advocate for yourself. Doctor comes unprepared to appointments and you have to remind them why you are a patient and what your history is. I would certainly look elsewhere for a capable doctor

I am a high maintenance patient. I admit it. I am an engineer. I like to think I can solve everything and very critical of service providers since I am a service provider in the engineering field and clients can be really tough. I have been to no less than probably five Edos over the past say 20 years. Some left their practice or retired, but most I fired, and they fired me. My last switch required by Dr. Neagu transitioning from office to office was appalling. Dr. Neagu is wonderful. Talks softly and frankly and is reassuring to a paranoid long-term person with diabetes like me. He knows his stuff and works with you on medication and testing methodologies. He is matter of fact and can't spend forever with anyone but the time he spends with me is well spent and I can get my meds refilled as required. Very efficient operation for both of us. Rare Five Star Review. I don't dish these very frequently. Rare occasion warranted here.

Dr. Neagu is a great listener and knowledgeable in his field of medicine. I've been going to him for 5 years and always have been able to get the medicine I need and get in for an appointment when it's necessary without having to wait a long time. His office staff, since he's moved, isn't as caring and willing to work with your needs. The communication needs to improve. It seems as if he's taken on more patients than he is able to handle with the amount of office personnel and nurses he has working for him. (Please put in effort to fix this problem. There is no reason a patient should not get a call back or have to wait long times to have their concerns addressed)

He should be ashamed to call himself a doctor!! Unprepared, make excuses for everything Avoid this doctor at all costs!!!

Dr Neagu listens to the patient and shows care. He is very professional and kind.

Dr. Neagu seems competent, but does not answer emails through his system, even for critical problems. I once sent him five emails about the same concern over a period of two months; in frustration, I finally went to his office (a 20 mile round-trip drive) and asked him why he never responded. He said he "never got them," then searched for my name on the system--there they were, unopened. His staff is just as bad. Most of the time, they don't answer the phone, and the answering service will not take messages. Unfortunately, there's a shortage of endocrinologists in our town, so I don't think he feels much motivation to change. From other reviews here, I see this is a longstanding problem that he's never bothered to fix.

Save your money who’s office is terrible they do not answer the phone let it ring and rang and rang several days when I finally got through they said they do it to the phone I left two messages I would like to know the test results never got any callback I cannot recommend this office

Had an emergency. Needed prescription. Called office three times over three days talked to staff. They realize the seriousness, sent Dr. a message. But he never responded after three days! Something terribly wrong in this office

I liked him as a doctor but I have left 9 messages at his office regarding my blood work test results with no phone call back to me. Blood work was done 6 weeks ago!!!! I’ve never experienced this before……

I had my first visit with Dr. Neagu and his staff. I was very pleased and impressed with the all of them. Being my first visit they were very thorough and detailed. They went to great lengths to understand and get the knowledge of my medical condition and background. I came away feeling confident that that I was with the right medical team.

I went to see Dr. Naegu about my poor bone density. He talked to me about taking a drug, Tymlos, which requires a shot in the stomach every day for 18 months. I first thought it would be ok, but once I left the office and did some research I decided I did not want to take it. I called the office about 2-3 hours after seeing the Doctor and asked to speak with his nurse. The office person told me she would take a message and get it to the nurse. I explained I didn't want the doctor to continue toward trying to get me authorization to take the Tymlos because I had decided not to take it. She said she would pass on the message. Two weeks later I got an email from my pharmacy saying they were processing the order for Tymlos. They were able to stop the order thankfully. I tried in vain to contact Dr. Naegu. Never return calls until after explaining it to my internal medicine doctor who charted my concern. Then I got a call. I can't work with a doctor who has an unconcerned staff.

I would not recommend him. He informed me that I asked too many questions and when he walked in the room it was the first time he had reviewed my medical documentation

I have been seeing Dr. Neagu since Jan 2014. I g0t t0 see him for 1 hour on my first visit he listened to every thing I experienced 3 1/2 years for type 2 diabetes,prior to finally getting a referral. My first visit he said( with all my diabetes readings for 3 12 years) last night was your last shot of insulin and then says you should have been off two years earlier. I was sad and happy at the same. Still is a caring doctor 4 years later, still off insulin very happy he is my doctor.

Went to Dr. Neagu a few months back he was very rude to me. Told him the problems that I was having with my thyroid an how I was putting in so much weight the 1st word out of his mouth was to try weight watcher even before he did any blood work to make sure that my thyroid was ok. That wasn't all the comments that he made now in left looking for a new Dr that will care about me an not be So rude

Dr. Neagu is a great listener. He actually sits in the room with you and thoroughly go over your visit. He is truly understanding and caring. I hope he never retires. Thank you Dr. Neagu!!
