Waited over two months for an appointment then they said we were a few minutes late and the doctor would not see us. Had to reschedule the appointment for another two months out. Jerking old people around is unacceptable.

He was horrible. Inattentive and uncaring he is a true disgrace to his profession. I recently received a letter stating he is leaving the practice and it's the best news I've gotten in a long time.

I have had great experiences with Dr Parfenov. He has always been very straightforward and pleasant. My concerns are always addressed and I have never had an encounter that I would consider any less than ideal. The office staff is exceedingly helpful and pleasant and often go out of their way to assist you.

Rude, didn’t listen, said “maybe I have fibromyalgia but wasn’t sure Didn’t do testing and no follow up needed. Biggest waste of time!

Dr Parfenov is very easy to talk to. He answers questions in easy to understand terms. He welcomes patients with a handshake and a smile. He cares that patients understand what they are dealing with and what the choices in treatment are. He doesn’t hesitate to suggest one over an other and explains why he believes it’s the right one for you. He is kind, caring and thoughtful. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend a friend or family member to Dr. parfenov he as well as the staff are wonderful. I have had nothing but great things to say about the Dr .. every visit with the Dr he addresses any questions or concerns that i may have and at times if i needed to call the office he has always gotten back to me !! my experience has been excellent And i would not go to another provider !
