One of the worst doctors I have ever had. Staff kept getting things wrong and were rude and unhelpful. The doctor could not manage her time or cases properly and was argumentative and nasty instead of being respectful of the patient. She belongs in clinical research where there is little need to interact with patients. Every visit was a nightmare and she and her office are complete Neanderthals when it comes to accommodating the disabled! GO ELSEWHERE. Dr. Lucia and staff at Presbyterian are excellent.
