Dr. Vanessa Cavero Chavez, MD

This “doctor” was absolutely terrible. We visited the office today for my child who has severe allergies and eczema. The first 15 minutes was me telling her my child’s history when my child has been a patient there for over a year and all information is in her medical chart. She constantly talked over me, raised her voice at me, reminded me that “she is the professional and has been for 7 years and I came here to talk to a professional”, accused me of “malnourishing my child” by limiting foods in which she is having allergic reactions to (my child is healthy, in the 80th percentile for her age and is a great eater). This doctor multiple times laughed in sarcasm when I was addressing my concerns. I informed her multiple times she was being rude. She was being so unprofessional and rude she made my 7 year old daughter cry from how she was talking to me. I had to ask to speak to another doctor who ended up being amazing.
