Our son was crying all night because of pain in his gums. We decided to take him to the ER to have him seen and see if they could provide some relief for him. Vanessa E. Duran is a poor excuse of a doctor at Franklin / Vally Stream Hospitals ER department. As the above comment states, she leaves her patients for hours on end. she has very poor bedside manners,often rushing through your concerns. upon seeing me initially, she ordered an Xray and ordered medication for me, which I never received until I asked for it as well as my discharge papers. She never came back! I didnt know what my diagnosis was, she never did bother coming ack to discuss the res
