This Doctor has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. She explains nothing. I came in with a very rare serious diagnosis. She did not even fully exam me. She had her student do it. The treatment plan she gave me was useless and set me way back, because she couldn?t be bothered to explain anything properly to me about my disease and how it really needed to be treated. The only follow up I had was with her student who, now that I have found proper care, i realize had no idea what she was talking about. Because of Dr. Holland I have suffered way more than necessary. Truly disgraceful patient care.

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She asked no questions about my condition, acted like she was doing me a favor just being in the room, adminstered painful injections without any surface numbing agent, ignoring my request for one, and I left with no treatment plan.

This was my first appointment with the doctor and she never showed up. I sat in a gown for a half hour waiting when one of her staff came in and told me they hadn't heard from her and had no idea where she was. I was then told that she “often runs late.” After 35 minutes, I was told she wasn’t coming at all so I did not get to see anyone. So unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients’ time. I was charged for the visit and told I would have to call UCLA billing to make sure I was refunded-- even more of my time wasted. I feel a lot of empathy for the staff who she makes be the face of her unprofessionalism. I’m very disappointed that someone at UCLA provides this level of care. I will never go to doctor who has such a lack of respect for her patients and will rebook an appointment with someone else.

I am sick of dealing with the folks at UCLA Dermatology. I made an appointment with Dr. Holland 4 months ago (she is booked up that far) and it was for 3:30 today. Well, normally I could have been there on time getting out of school (I am a teacher) at 3 PM but not today. Anyway, most people understand the insanity of the traffic in this city but not the staff at UCLA Dermatology. I got there at 3:44 PM and waited until 4:30. During that time 5 people who came in after me were escorted in to see a doctor (at least a few to see Holland I'm sure). The staff said that was Holland's policy, to punish me or those who show up late and make them wait until all appointments are met. I was then told that since the 4:30 appointment showed up, I must wait even longer. I walked out. I have had problems with UCLA Dermatology in the past and this is the straw that broke the camel's back. A disgusting policy and now I don't care how good Holland is, I will never go there again.

Shame on Dr. Holland who turned away my 94 year old mother who arrived 13 minutes late to her appointment. My mother's driver arrived to building on time. She can barely walk and requires portable oxygen so it took her some time (13 minutes) to walk to the office. My husband and I arrived a couple minutes before the appointment to check her in and warn them she has difficulty walking and might be a bit late. When she arrived, the front desk told us that the doctor would not see her and was leaving after the next patient. Shame on her for her inflexibility. Will never go back.

It took me months to get into Dr. Holland and I arrived 5 minutes late, and her last appointment of the day. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to Dr. Holland. I informed the front desk that I may be 5 minutes late. Dr. Holland refused to meet with me for longer than 5 minutes without even knowing why I was visiting her. I walked out. Thank goodness because I found Dr. Adriana Schmidt in SM who is amazing. Avoid Dr. Holland.

Stay away from this doctor , very negative experience , the treatment I received didn't work at all , made my condition even worse and Dr. Holland was not available for a follow up appointment , also she didn't spent more than 3 minutes with me and was running from the room to another patient , didn't answer my questions, in 2 weeks however I received a 250$ bill out of pocket.
