Dr. Wu and her staff were wonderful. My primary provider for COVID recovery is leaving UCI and I had to find a new physician. I am so happy to have found Dr. Wu.

The front desk guy {staff name removed} I don't know how to spell his name is super friendly, nice and helpful! His positive attitude and demeanor is just great it makes going to the doctor very pleasant especially with check in and appt schedules. I needed a new PCP due to insurance changing and Dr. Wu was great! She takes her time to explain things to me in more detail and I love her bed side manner.

The front office staff is amazing. They are so nice and always smiling. The PAs are personable and sweet as well, {staff name removed} was so pleasant to talk to and she was very gentle with my tetanus shot! And of course I love Dr. Wu

I choose Dr Vanessa Wu because the good reviews but I was very disappointed, she didn't resolve my problem or concern. I wasted my time with her plus i was told how much I will pay for the visit but they gave me a discount, I paid the amount after the discount and now they are charging me the whole amount ( I am self pay ) . I won't recommend Dr Vanessa Wu . Staff there are awesome

I had an eye infection and I was able to get in the very next day to see Dr. Wu and she was fantastic. She did everything that I would hope for and she was very thorough and within about two days my eyes started feeling better. So I truly appreciate her. She is the best primary care doctor I have ever been to. So thank you. Bye bye.
