Stunned and disappointed
I prayed for someone to help me with my neck pain. I was grateful to find Dr Perkins. After several trigger point shots. She scheduled me for a facet injection. Unfortunately a couple of days before I pulled a muscle in my back. She suggested I go to the ER or Urgent Care. I did. Urgent Care muscle relaxants and Heat. I was still an extreme pain I called I never got a call back. After 3 weeks of calling and begging for a return call , I finally went to the ER. They admitted me. Results, several stress fractures. Hence the pain. I could only conclude that Dr Perkins was not getting my messages I can't believe that she would leave me three weeks in pain. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I didn't get any response from her or her staff. However, I did receive a certified letter telling me that our patient physician relationship was ending effective immediately. I am still stunned and disappointed in this doctor that I trusted and had so much respect for.

There is no visit anymore because of covid but all other painmange doctors in Vineland Nu are open she needs to see her patients

Finally a Dr. who listens and has answers..... I did NOT feel rushed or unheard... If you have records as I did, she looks them over and in my case told me thing that were in my records, that the previous Dr. didn't tell me or discuss .... Love her and trust her!!

Great doctor. I saw many doctors for my sever back pain before coming to dr. Perkins. She was the only dr that was able to take my pain away!!! A complete godsend! And I never had a long wait at the office. Great listener, great doc.
