I saw Dr. Reid and not Dr. Prachi Shah. I waited 2 hours for my daughter to be seen as this provider was over booked and very behind. Very UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL of Dr. Shah to keep her clients waiting for that long and not notifying them. The only reason I stayed because my daughter needed her vaccines, otherwise I would have walked out. Dr. Browne heard me asking the MAs if my daughter was going to be seen and she went to ask her colleague Dr. Reid to see us. Please get it together and so not over book. Not all children or parents are patient or willing to wait for that long. That's why we make appointments so we can get seen within that time frame. Please educate the front desk that when a parent request no students they have to respect the parents decisions. One of the front desk worker stated "oh well, this is a teaching facility and they have to deal with it". First off WE as parents do not have to deal with it, that's why we are notifying you guys of our decisions. Secondly, the staff need to learn how to speak to the parents in a professional matter because they won't like being spoken the same way. Please retrain you MA's and doctors to be better.

Long waiting to get accepted and too much of wasting times with resident doctors Residents probably should get trained somewhere else; because we are not there to get our time wasted so residents can get their training!

I didn't realize when they switched my son's doctor because he previously had Dr. Johane Ling but it's fine because this doctor actaully speaks Spanish. thank you.

The wait time even if you have an appointment is extremely long. On multiple occasions I was in the office for 2 hours or more for a routine Check up for my child.

I like how they assisted me. It was an excellent clinic.

Total time spent in the office is too long. Even with appointment our wait has been been close to two hours the past few visits

Hi, my experience was good overall. However, I had an appointment at 2 p.m. I arrived promptly at 2 p.m. and I saw the resident around 3:15 and the actual provider didn't come in until around 3:30 or 3:40. And so we waited an extremely long time, until until the attending physician actually came in, and that would be my biggest feedback is the amount of time it took, even though I arrive promptly for my appointment. Thank you.

My appointment was at 10:20. We were seen one hour later. Not okay!

They are all very friendly and speak to me in my language
