Dr. Veena Gaddam, MD

Dr Gaddam was very disrespectful when entering the room. She entered the room, then backed out of the room . When she returned, she was in full gear. Face mask , gloves etc. I asked what was going on. She replied, nothing. She does NOT listen to me when talking. She rudely interrupts when speaking. Tried to push pills on me which I refused and then she was upset. Acted like I was a subordinate piece of dirt. I will see a different doctor. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I have been with her about 8 years . I had cancer ,she was one of my doctors at Mt. Caramel East. I kept her as my primary. I would not trade her at all. yes sometimes you have to wait, only because she was with patients at the hospital. She is very caring , and if she feels it neccesary, she has lead me to a few specialists to give me the best care. Their staff is awesome, makes sure all my appointments and prescriptions are taken care of. Thank you Dr. Veena Gaddam

I was explaining my issues to her and she continued to interrupt me mid sentance.i had to get rude to get her to stop talking so I could speak.i stop going to her a year ago because I felt like I wasn't getting the best care,but I'm tired of being in pain so I went today and quickly remembered why I stopped going. I've got to find another doctor immediately because she has terrible bed side manor.

There's no nurse in the office the bathroom is filthy and you have to wait a half hour to an hour to get in

I would not recommend to anyone, ever. She’s a fraud and I truly do not understand how she has a license to practice medicine. Office staff are inadequate as well. Never a follow up regarding ordered tests and office staff do not return phone calls. I’d leave zero stars if possible.

I'm not sure how to word this... If you are in any type of pain and/or discomfort do NOT go to Dr. Gaddam. I have had kidney stones for the better part of 7 years now. I was just made to feel like a junkey because she believed I was in her office to merely get high (speculating here). She would do absolutely nothing for me. Dr. Gaddam has no sense of urgency and horrible follow-up skills. My father passed away a few weeks ago while waiting on test results from Dr Gaddam for over 3 weeks. She nor anyone else in her office called him to deliver his test results after repeated requests. His autopsy revealed he died of a hemorrhagic stroke, but I had to google all of these medical terms to even figure that much out because Dr Gaddam isn’t even competent or professional enough to go over the autopsy findings with us.

I haven't been to a doctors in years. When i went to see Dr. Gaddam she said first thing first! I must have a physical. She did lab work, tested my urine and did a test that required me to breath into a tube because i'm a smoker. I'm happy she did the physical because i came in for my chest having pressure and my low part of my back was hurting. I found out my back pain was from me having a urinary track infection, and my chest pressure is from smoking. She is helping me to stop! I like her!

I am in a wheelchair and there was no room in her reception are for me to sit. There was not enough room in aisle with people sitting in chairs for me to get through in wheelchair. Bathroom was dirty and no handrails to assist transferring from wheelchair to toilet. No music in exam room and was 1-1/2 hour late from my appointment time. Would not recommend to handicap people.

After sitting and waiting for an extensive period past our scheduled time, we were finally able to see Dr. Gaddam. She was not very personable. She seemed rushed and disinterested in my mother's issues. I don't know if she was just overbooked or what. The doctor is of Indian decent and is also hard to understand due to the heavy accent. We had to ask her to repeat her questions several times. It's not that she isn't nice. She just appears to be overwhelmed with clients.

I do not appreciate having to wait over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. Not to mention I have had my infant child every time with me and still had to wait over an hour. Nobody came in the room to apologize for the wait. VERY unprofessional. Every single time I go in there I'm ALWAYS waiting. I honestly hate coming into this office.
