I have been a patient of Dr. Patel’s for almost fifteen years. She has always listened and been very thorough. I feel like she is one of the few doctors out there who still cares about her patients.

Doesn't care about her patients anymore. Receptionist is rude most times and the doctor let's you run out of medicine for days before refilling script. Don't waste your time or jeopardizing your health with this doctor.

I moved to Michigan a year ago. Dr. Patel wasn't taking new patients last year. I just called to ask if she was taking new patients this year, she was. I had been to my doctor in Illinois in December for this injury. Dr. Patel listen to what I had to say, diagnosed my injuries, and explain to me what we were going to do. I was not just another patient to her. Her staff was very welcoming. I felt very comfortable. So glad she started taking new patients again. Doctor and staff are awesome.
