Dr. Raras was my primary dr. at Kaiser for many years and I saw him for miscellaneous issues over time. He is great. He is not averse to actually examining you and he explains things.

Ignored my previous dignosis of ingrown hair, labeled it as "acne" and threw some antibiotics at me. Did not even begin to address my severe cranial pressure when coughing and told me that Kaiser would not be removing ingrown hairs on my neck which are causing severe discomfort and hindering the movement of my neck. Also a very disaggreable disposition and bedside manner, argumentative. Totally wasted time. Changed doctor's immediately after appointment.
