Worst health care provider I ever experienced, What was even worse was that all of his providers like Nurse practitioners and his Physician's assistants were way worse then I expected. Theywere very very bad at mis diagnosing every problem I had.

New complaint of cardiac symptoms when eating certain foods. Dr. Natesan listened carefully and made appropriate referrals. Very knowledgeable and compassionate physician

Dr Vel Natesan is very knowledgeable. He takes his time with his patients and listens. My husband and I have been his patio for several years and think he is one of the best!

All three doctors (Usha and Vel Natesan, and Sameer Shaik are kind, caring professionals. I've seen all at different points over the last 8 years, and one thing that stands out is their determination not to stick you on medication if it can be avoided. When I presented with elevated blood pressure, Dr Usha Natesan recommended a weight loss of 10-15 lbs to be achieved by DASH diet. I'm down about 12 lbs and BP is 128/74. Office staff is responsive and caring. If I need any documentation it is made available promptly. Thank You!

Dr. Natesan has been my primary care physician for about twenty years, and during all of those years he has been terrific in all respects. His expertise is unquestionable. He is warm, kind, caring, and patient. I never feel rushed during an appointment. I highly recommend him.

I have been with Dr. Natesan for a little over a year, and I am very impressed with the entire staff, both medical and office. Both Drs. Natesan listen, ask questions, and are caring. The PA I saw once was also terrific. The nursing staff is friendly and efficient. Lastly, the office staff is wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Calls are returned in a timely manner. Every experience I've had at this office has been positive, which is really quite something!

I have been Dr. Vel's patient for several years. I am 79 years old and have never felt better in my life and I attribute this to the excellent care I receive from Dr. Vel.

Dr. Natesan is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients. His office staff pales in comparison. Some are kind and helpful but several are dismissive, unresponsive, and generally unpleasant. Despite providing insurance info every visit, the office made an error and did not bill my insurance within a reasonable period of time. Consequently, a portion of my visit was not covered and I was sent to collections until i agreed to pay the difference caused by their mistake. The stories go on....

Dr Natesan is a Wonderful Doctor! He listens to his patients and truly cares!

There isn't a problem with the Doctors at this practice. It's the office manager. She has no compassion towards any patients. She will have you released from seeing a doctor here, she will not allow any explanation or allow you to see the doctor's ever again especially if you are having issues with your insurance company. I never have had a doctor's office quit seeing a patient and not have a concern about their medical conditions or care. This office does not care about you. Just money.
