Updated: Apparently, this Dr office thinks it's appropriate to drop me as a patient for cancelling and not rescheduling ONE appointment at the height of the pandemic. Having just spent a year of my life severely immunocompromised, I was terrified to get sick. They don't care; the front desk wouldn't even allow me to speak with the doctor, just told me they won't see me again. This seems pretty rotten given the fact that it was DURING the pandemic. Also, after 8 calls from my PCP since August, my medical records have STILL not been sent over. Very disappointed. My initial treatment was successful and Dr Peram is responsible for that.

My Mom attended her first visit on Friday April 9th 2021. We found there to be extremely long wait times of 2 hours or more with an appointment to be seen. The front staff was not helpful and even gave us the wrong information about times to call back and availability of employees to answer the phones. The office say's open 8am -5pm however they fail to tell you the don't answer their phones after 4pm .. unfortunately this was the time we were told to call back if they had not contacted us. This office hung up on me multiple times trying to clarify info we were waiting on. I have not been this disappointed in a healthcare system or office in my life. It is very disturbing that this is a cancer center and they treat patients and their families with disrespect and no compassion what so ever. The Doctor really should hire more skilled clerical and customer service based staff. We will drop this doctor and this office as soon as possible.

This office is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized specialist office I’ve ever encountered. The nurses never returns calls, the doctor will not schedule a meeting with family to discuss what is going on with the patient. The medical team gets a 0 for followup protocol after a patient has been in the hospital. There is no urgency or efficiency at this office. The doctor does not communicate and this causes confusion in regards to next steps of treatment. Lastly, the doctor ignores the requests of his patients I regards to pill reactions and change of prescriptions.

Doctor Peram is a great doctor, little hard to understand but he is a good doctor. His biggest downfall is his office staff. They have the I don't give a ---- attitude towards all patients. They act as if you are an inconvenience to them if you call with questions, prescription refills, ( this they do when they feel like it) or just some general information. A doctors staff should also have to take a class in bed side manner. These women are absolutely rude, insensitive and not friendly at all. His staff does change often as well.
