Dr. Vatsavayi is always courteous and thoughtful, and he remembers significant details about my circumstances. His clinical judgment is unmatched, and he is an expert in my care. Furthermore, Dr. Vatsavayi’s staff is always kind and responsive.

Dr. V listens to you and works along with you to get the mental health results you want and need. His staff got me in for a same day appt., after I had just had my routine 3-mo appt about a week prior. I needed his help to make changes to current meds, since some things had gotten better, there were still a lot of areas of my life I was really struggling with. His staff is the best… very friendly and helpful.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Vatsavayi at a Tuesday, 4:30 PM appt. I was experiencing extreme stress after quitting stressful job. Notes were sloppy, he promised an accommodation letter (to work remotely) would be posted in MyChart the following Monday, and it was not. Alprazolam he prescribed gave me horrible recurring nightmare that I could not wake from. He increased sertraline to 200 mg (which is maximum dose and not recommended). Previously I was seeing him once every 6 months. Lesson learned: I will not see him at end of day. Will give him another chance because finding good psychiatrists in BR excruciatingly difficult.

He has been my psychiatrist for well over a decade and he really has changed my life and made it livable.

Dr. V is definitely the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. He pays close attention to everything you say and is excellent in diagnosis's it doesn’t matter what the problem is. Not only that, his bed side manner is above any other Dr. I have seen. This is not a Dr. you take for granted!!! Thank you Always Dr. V.

I have been seeing Dr V for 6 or 7 years. I have found him to be a caring doctor. He is easy to talk to and he always remembers me as a person, my own situation and the factors I am dealing with.

Friendly staff, Dr. V was excellent in listening to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. He offered a treatment plan and I felt confident in his diagnosis & plan. He is compassionate and genuinely cared about my progress. Follow up care was great and his staff returned my calls within 24-36 hours. I am very thankful for Dr. V and his staff. They helped me through a difficult time in my life. Hard to get in for initial evaluation, but once in, follow ups are easy. Top notch!

Superb, knowledgeable physician. Actually is always available.

Dr. Vatsavayi treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and addressed with a treatment plan that really helped restore my health. He is a great Dr. and has a compassionate staff. Initial appt. is hard to schedule, because he is usually booked well in advance. But once in, follow ups are easy. His nurse is available if you have questions/issues and returns calls with 24 hours.

The entire staff is compassionate about their work and helping others and it shows. Appointments are always prompt and professional.
