A+++++++ Class Act!
Amazing experience with Dr. Garber 5/12/23. Listened intently to issues presented. Was very professional and cordial, as was her staff. Ordered full bloodwork, received script and order for PT. She took the time to engage in convo after completing the appointment. A+++++ I'm so glad we got in to see her!

Was 45 minutes late with no apology. Brushed off concerns about mental issues. Failed to provide PT referral she said I needed. Failed to provide blood-draw instructions she said I needed. Was rude to her staff and blamed them for problems clearly of her own creation. Expressed conspiracy-theory notions about coronavirus as definite facts. When I asked about results from previous blood work, she waived off the request with "No problems" and gave me the lab's website to look up the results myself.

My experience was awful to say the least. I was not offered competent care. I was not greeted when she came in the exam room. I was made to feel that a common diagnosis is more severe than what it was. I was repeatedly ignored. I was not asked if I had any concerns. When I offered my concerns they were minimized and ignored. I left the visit feeling awful and like I was a medical claim to be filed and not human that deserves culturally competent care.
