Dr. Vera spends a lot of time w/her patients. She is thoughtful & kind...she listens carefully to what you say & orders scripts if necessary. I have gone to her for 15 years.

The best doctors and friends a man or woman could ever make. I truly love and respect all who work there. That's why I will be sad to leave such a message. My health and mind are tired. Now that my check starts on a different part of the month I will be homeless. So instead of living in the woods in my car again. My dog and myself are going to find a final and quiet resting place. Please forgive me, but I can't take life at this rate any longer. I'm alone and I hurt more than just mentally. I'm ready to meet my God. I guess this is where I start preparing for my journey. God bless you all and may God never forget any of you.

Dr Vera was the first doctor to finally listen to my concerns after more than 18 years of searching and 23 years of pain, and I am only 37 years old. Despite seeing doctors (in the double digits, male and female) she was the ONLY one to order tests and scans done so that my issues could be diagnosed. Not long after going to see her I had major surgery to repair damage that would have only gotten continuously worse if she had not listened and helped. Not only that, she was friendly and explained EVERYTHING, most of it without me even having to ask. She is by far the best GP I have ever met. She never once made me feel like she was moving me through a conveyor line of patients and instead acted as if I was the one who mattered. If I have to wait in a line for a while for THAT kind of service? I'll do it every single time.

Bad doctor, terrible staff, and bizarre office policies... Hard pass on this one for your health and sanity.

Very good experience explains very well so u can understand what's going on but need to have a talk with office help and nurse's office help needs training on how to respond to patients with questions don't respond like u don't want to be bothered and nurse's answer patients calls in a timely matter left message Monday called back Friday talked to front desk was told she would tell her but she will call then she have time called early morning no call yet it shouldn't take that long to call back

Long waits, PA has been rude to me on numerous occasions, plus the Dr mis dianosed heart failure, which resulted in an emergency trip to the hospital and a lengthy stay

Long waits even with an appointment. You hardly ever see the actual doctor.
