I was her patient for a while she could not get my RX's correct. I sent her a letter stating I was no longer her patient and then out of the blue she calls me to say would you like a Medicare Wellness Check? I told her did you get my letter? She hung up not only is she poor Doctor of Service she calls her patient to get business. Do not go to her.

Dr . Butler is knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
I am a new patient of Dr. Butler. But I found her easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She gave thorough explanations for any suggestions she had for improving my health.

I asked Dr Butler for a referral for my son to an adult autism specialist. She said, and I quote "I have more experience in autism than you , honey" She then informed me that she has no use for my input on my son's health and that while she has some compassion for my son she had none for me. Horrible experience with an obvious mediocre practice and physicians.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Within 30 seconds of her walking into the room, she announces something very personal about me. The correct procedure, when a doctor enters a room, is to ask the patient a question ... they do NOT break doctor/patient confidentiality. My elderly mother was in the room with us - that does NOT give a doctor permission to announce personal details. She wanted to run tests that I told her would not show anything - ultimately being a waste of time and money. I had them done to appease this arrogant jerk, and, BIG SURPRISE ... they showed nothing. Qualified doctors listen to and treat the patient. They leave their opinions at the door. Veronica Butler is not a qualified doctor. Sure, maybe she can diagnose boo-boos, scrapes, and sniffles, but she proved she doesn't have the competence to diagnose a patient. All she seems qualified to do is order useless tests and prescribe useless drugs. Pathetic display of someone undeserving of the title Doctor. Please retire!!!

Looked her up to help a friend and former patient in the area Dr. Butler left. She was our family doctor for several years, and my husband and I both adored her. She was warm and sympathetic, and showed great thoroughness and efficiency in evaluating and treating any disorder that we had. We miss her!

Dr Butler is kind enough, but there is definitely some communication issues somewhere. Maybe it's her medical staff. It's enraging trying to get even the simplest thing accomplished. I'm changing to a new Dr as soon as the nightmare of trying to get my birth control shot is over. She sent me to a specialist who gave me advice on what to try next. Deciding I was ready to try the specialist's advice, I asked Dr Butler for the prescription. She denied it to me, even though she didn't know much about it, because of a side effect of depression. She said she wouldn't give it to me until I went to a psychiatrist and got medication. I'm seeing a therapist and managing my issues like an adult. I need a Dr who will work WITH me. So disappointing.

While I have no particular problems with Dr. Butler as a doctor, I think she can do a better job in hiring her staff. They are totally clueless about what is going on, made me waste hours on the phone and in the office while they were trying to figure out my paperwork. And the studio can use some cleaning.
