Dr. Verretta Deorosan, MD

she is very helpful in the office, but if i need a prescription or a referral forget about it. I would repeatedly call the office and ask about my referrals/prescriptions, and i was either hung up on, or they promised they would do it and didn't, or in several cases, submitted a referral for the wrong place and for an unrelated issue. I should have switched providers the first time this happened, not the 10th.

Took 2 months to get an appointment. All went well till time for refills of medications that I absolutely need! I've been calling daily for 15 days. Put through to her "refill line" and told she checks it day. STILL NO REFILLS AND BEING IGNORED! Don't waste your time or money here. They couldn't care less about your health. Super unprofessional.

Had a phone appt, was referred by Deorosan to get some x-rays. Did that and did not ever hear from the doctor to review my results, schedule a follow up, etc. Called the office multiple times, reached out via the portal that she said she was good at responding to. Nothing. Office staff all said "oh we emailed her we'll email her again" ???????? VERY unprofessional. I expect wayyyyyyy more from someone that is supposed to help with my health. Office staff needs replacing or re-training, doesn't seem like they know what they're doing. Got ahold of my x-ray results and switched doctors. You would think they would treat new patients better? Oh well.

We had an appointment for which we waited a month and a half! The appointment time came and went and never heard from this Doctor!!! 30 minutes past our appointment time i called this doctor’s office only to deal with a rude receptionist! I was told that the doctor will call me before the end of the day! The end of the day came and went and never heard from this doctor! Extremely unprofessional!

This is one of th best MD I've ever been to. And I have been to quite a few in my lifetime she is an amazing doctor.

Total failure of a doctor. Deorosan went MIA and couldn't be reached when I was having a serious medical issue. She never returned my phone calls. She never looked at the X-rays. She was supposed to fill a prescription to help with the pain and never did. Her after hours emergency line is a joke that goes to a different doctor who never called me back after I was left waiting at the pharmacy for my prescription that was never called in. What a joke. Avoid at all costs. You deserve better

Save yourself the frustration and find yourself another doctor. She walks in and is out from your appointment in less than 5 minutes. Then, you have to haggle the apathetic assistants to get your blood test results. Plus, the rude and unprofessional receptionists / medical assistants. I hate to leave negative reviews but this truly is a warning to another doctor.

Tried to make an appointment as a new patient, first time I called, no one picked up the phone. After that I have been put on hold, transferred to "Usenia's" voicemail, which says to leave a message, but then the opertator says, "the mailbox is full, goodbye." And it hangs up! Awful, and soooo unprofessional. Went on for a few more calls this way, and then I gave up. Guess that was a sign not to go there.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Deorosan. She is incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional in regards to her patients' needs. In person she is relatively kind, but once you leave the office, she does not make any effort to return your calls, give you your test/lab results, or address your concerns. Most of her staff is also highly unprofessional and unhelpful. It is so depressing to know this is the kind of health care we are stuck with today.

I thought it was just me, but her office staff is beyond terrible. They leave you on hold endlessly, they are rude, condescending and not at all helpful. The doctor is often late and or overbooked. I am going to switch doctors as soon as possible.

I couldn't even make an appointment the staff is the most unprofessional I was cut off placed on hold transferred to endless ringing lines. It would be my first time but after this first impression & seeing other bad reviews no thank you! Jesinya in Gardena office was kind enough to explain 2 different offices are linked to the phone line but next available appt is 2 months away

My last appointment I had to wait over two hours to see the doctor. I even showed up 5 mins early. Also they stopped validating parking so I was stuck with a steep parking bill. At this appointment I got some blood work. The doctor told me to call her in a week to get the results. Well it has been two weeks and I have called every day up 4 times a day to discuss the result and although the staff assures me she will call back she never does. Don't waste your time with this doctor and her office.

The office is terrible, I've been trying to get my test results for a week and every day they tell me yes we'll call you with results sometime today and every day I don't get any call from this office. Do not go here.

She was ok but I didn't connect with her. Her office staff was horrible.
