Dr. Vicki Thomson was our 2 daughters' pediatrician as newborns over 30 years ago. I love her urgent care services in Edina. She is obviously so dedicated & loves her work. Her staff are attentive & efficient. She is a gem in our community.

Dr Vickie Thompson is an old school doctor that actually takes the time to listen to you and treat your symptoms/condition. Not like the big box clinics that treat you like a number and not even look you in the eye because their charting in a computer. We are very lucky to have a pediatric specialist who also runs an urgent care for adults. If you were looking for a professional and compassionate physician I cannot recommend her high enough. She is my go to doctor because I trust her and gives excellent care, I don’t have to wait a really long time, and of course you can’t beat free parking. The new location in Edina off france Avenue is easy to access. Highly recommend for great medical care!

Dr Thomson has been my children's doctor for a few years. She listens and respects my concerns as a parent. I also love the Urgent Care side, we always get right in and the office is very clean!

I was a bit taken by the old-school approach, but came to realize she knew exactly what she was doing. I would surely go back to her.

Scary experience. Room was freezing-asked for a blanket. Incredibly, they don't have any. Doctor's speech was scattered and made little sense. Approach to problem was a bit bizarre. When I went next day to get results of blood work, they had none and nurse "Devi" refused to identify herself and provide medical records.

We had a terrible experience with this doctor and practice. Very unprofessional and rude service. The wait time was ridiculous and we didn't even receive an apology.

We have been bringing my daughter to this clinic for over 12 years now. We used to see Dr Wengler who was great, but unfortunately she left the practice and all that is left is Dr Thomson. Dr Thomson is rude. She had us waiting for an hour and twenty minutes before she even stepped foot in the exam room and didn't even apologize or explain the wait. She orders tests that are not necessary just to charge more money. I have never seen her smile. I will be looking for a new clinic for my daugter.
