Left an honest review of the horrible patient experience I’ve had at this medical practice despite having been a patient for over 4 years. (Things were good before the pandemic but have gone downhill quickly since Covid broke out) In response the doctor and her office staff told me they’d prefer to drop me as a patient over a series of rude phone calls instead of addressing my reasonable and valid concerns. (Such as, Dr. Samuel’s not being available to this practice AT ALL until after the listed business hours, causing many issues for patients in terms of having prescriptions sent out and adjusted when necessary) Do you want to be seen by a doctor who treats her patients with respect and respects their time? Go seek care elsewhere. The office staff is so incredibly rude and impatient, it almost seems encouraged by Dr. Samuels herself. Other people have left similar reviews about the office staff being so disrespectful and disorganized. Horrible horrible patient experience. Avoid at all costs A doctor that asks her staff to berate patients for saying they’ve had a bad experience at her medical practice Is not the kind of person you want to be handling your mental health treatment. Shameful

Amazing Doctor and very nice staff. Whoever said the opposite, should have been a bad customer. Dr. Samuel really cares for her patients and get to know everything about them. She is on top of everything and involved in the day to day activities of her office. Her partner is very good too. Staff are very helpful. There are specific rush hours, when the office is crowded, but they manage to see everyone ON TIME and they get sure that everybody is seen on schedule. Dr Samuel is very smart and always find the way to help, everybody, in an individual basis, which is hard to find.

Excellent doctor. She is a professional, up to date, no nonsense doctor. She does a thorough assessment of my mental status each visit, puts me at ease and easy to talk to. Open minded and non-judgemental. She is not just out for the money, because of the quality of her care is top notch and the fact she accepts private, Medicare and Medicaid insurances. She is very thorough and caring. She's flexible. If you need more or less visits it's okay or more or less appointment time.

Most psychiatrists coldly deny MA/Expansion patients. Dr. Samuel is not "in it for the money." RMH staff are friendly, positive and get the work done. Dr. Samuel listens to you, gives you the appropriate time and offers you excellent treatment in light of the number of patients she handles (a lot). So, I don't mind the hour of driving to get there and a wait time. Will continue with Dr. Samuel even when I get insurance that finally, properly pays RMH for their fine services.
