Very good Dr
Many specialists do not have a good bedside manner, however, Dr Chang is caring and explains everything so it’s easy to understand showing an excellent bedside manner to his patients. He actually cares for his patients and will talk to you. If you need a specialist in his field, do not hesitate to choose Dr Chang. You will receive excellent care and feel comfortable .

I was experiencing irregular pupils and the neurologist/emergency room doctors/other ophthalmologist didn't know why. Dr. Chang figured out that it was the shingles virus that had internally invaded the ganglion nerves. He prescribed antiviral medication and took very good care of my eyesight issues that had resulted from the shingles. He formulated special eye drops and took the necessary time to ensure the best treatment possible. Dr Chang is a VERY intelligent man who cares about his patients. This man is a blessing!

Dr Chang was the second physician I interviewed to do my cataract surgeries. (The first wanted to work out of network and sell me expensive lenses) Dr. Chang was attentive, thorough and took time to explain everything I needed to do, how the procedure would be done and what to expect post-op. My eyes are extremely long and my retina is thin so he took extra time in the OR. I'm 58 years old and can actually see!. I chose wisely.
