AN EXCELLENT AND CARING PHYSICIAN
Telehealth
As a physician myself, I think I know what to look for when I need medical care and advice. Dr. Lavis quickly checked all my boxes of concern. He Is clearly knowledgeable, personable and very thorough I had an idea of what to expect in the way of an exam and he actually exceeded that. He was all hands-on and always looked me right in the eye (a marker for sincerity). None of this sitting behind a computer and entering data during the visit. His thoughtful and conservative recommendations were not what I had predicted they would be, for which I was glad. Highly, highly recommended without reservations. Never meet a better Endocrinologist
Dr. Lavis has been taking care of me since I was 16 years old and diagnosed with Type 1 DM in 1988. I am now 50 years old and I have never met anyone else. I have moved away from Houston for college and graduate school and I always return to him for my care. He is such a man of integrity, wisdom, concern and kindness. Don’t look any further.
