Former employee I was the longest employee that has ever stayed with Medvon Medical Clinic with Dr. Victor Njoku and Yvonne Njoku, and I now know why.I have exhausted all my resources in trying to educate Victor and Yvonne, to my observation they want to run this clinic with only a Medical assistant and the physician. Victor is a great physician but needed a lot of guidance on billing charges correctly, how to use appropriate diagnosis codes, and needs to watch the training videos the EMR systems requires- in order to complete a patients notes correctly, and how to complete prescription authorizations correctly.I was instructed to train a Student for Medical assistant, This Student came for Concord which provided was a check list broken down to 2 evaluations for the 8 week period. In the 8 weeks the clinic decided to start providing lab - they wanted this student for a free employee.Working with Yvonne in the clinic provided an unfriendly, lazy work ethic and cause an uneasy space
