I guess they don’t need patients that badly. My husband had two referrals and yet they canceled his appointments because he didn’t answer the phone right when they called. He was at work and when he called back they were like ‘oh well’. This was already an emergency situation for him but now we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Though Dr. Pak was very professional, I was prescribed a medication I told them I was allergic to. Coming out of my nitrous fog, I told the nurse I was allergic to a specific antiobiotic, and she said it wasn't the same as the one being prescribed. Once home, my head cleared and I was able to do a little research and I discovered their negligence and the danger they placed me in. I could never recommend them to friends or family.

I had scheduled today for my wisdom teeth extractions and I was nervous at first coz it was my first time ever in my life to have my wisdom teeth extracted plus I am diabetic and has asthma. I couldn’t believe I can’t remember anything after Dr. Pak put me to sleep with general anesthesia. all I said when they tried to wake me up was “oh all is done? That was fast” lol and that was it. All three wisdom teeth was removed as quickly as that lmao.

I am the guardian of my granddaughter..I went in for a consultation to have her wisdom teeth pulled. The receptionist asked if I was the mother I was honest and said no I was the grandmother and legal guardian, that her parents were deceased. Since I didn't have guardianship papers with me she wouldnt let me past the front desk for a consultation. New appointment was Jan. my granddaughter is in pain,,not happy with front dest, Cost dr. money..

How Turlock managed to land this fabulous, professional Dr (and his staff) is a mystery beyond my understanding. Nevertheless, I'm so very grateful that he resides in Turlock and not some big city, which he deserves. This Dr...this one man, makes my profound and lifelong embedded fear of oral medical professionals completely disappear. And I don't know how he does it. Thank you also, Desiree, Liberty and Jennifer for your patience and calming demeanor and kindness towards me.
