ER visit end of last month was very terrifying for me and my heart condition. Dr. Randolph was so comforting and wise. He picked up on an underlying other condition (PMR) and was spot on...Big thank you !! On the way to recovery.....

I am new to this area, live alone, and have no local treating physician. I had been suffering increasing pain, redness and swelling in the joint of the left hallux; by 4:00 a.m. the pain was unbearable, and I had done everything known to me for the symptoms, but nothing brought relief. I hobbled out to my car, and drove to Bayonet Point ER, and very luckily was treated by Dr. Victor Randolph. The ER was slammed that evening and as medical problems go, triage put me at the back because I was not critical. My BP was way over the top because of the pain, but that would be managed sooner or later. Dr. Randolph came over, introduced himself, asked all the right questions, made a temporary diagnosis of gout; set me up for a minimum of tests and Xrays, gave me a small amount of pain meds and steroids for the swelling. Bottom line, when I entered the ER I had doubts as to my care. When I left that morning I was wishing this doctor had a private practice!
