Dr Urrutia is non-responsive to patients and their
I am the son of one of his patients and a concerned family member. I am responsible for my father's affairs. I have called both his office and Johns Hopkins trying to speak with the doctor about my father's neurological diagnosis. I HAVE SIMPLE BUT IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS CONDITION AND THE MEDICATIONS PRESCIBED. Dr Urrutia's office manager has been perfect with answering call, but Dr Urrutia simple never follows up. I have not gotten a response from him nor has my father and/or his wife. I know the messages got to him because of my conversations with the office manager. I don't know what the problem is but this doctor has been performing poorly from an aspect of communication. I would not recommend him.
