Love Dr. Borovsky & her whole staff ! :)
I've been a patient in this office for 6+ years. I'm very happy with Dr. Borovsky, Michelle & Larisa. They have been a great find. Great staff. Great doctor. They stay on top of things for Rxs & referrals. They get me in when I need. They've been instrumental in coordinating care & referrals with other specialities, especially for the surgeries I've needed. I have been impressed with all recommendations for care. If I follow her advice, my health improves. She is kind, caring, but can push back if she feels you need to hear what she is saying for my benefit, not hers. I wish I'd found this office years earlier. Parking is free. Building is easy to get in & out. She tends to run mostly on time, which is a blessing.

Absolutely I would recommend Dr. Borovsky.
Dr. Borovsky treats you like a person....like a friend. She will ask question simply, she will take the time to explain anything you don't understand, she will listen to you...with sincerity of heart, with a compassion you won't find in many medical professionals.

Today was my first time with Dr. Borovsky. Her and all of her staff members were wonderful. Dr. Borovsky had great reviews, and I see why! Since it was my first visit with her, I ended up getting blood work done and I got extremely lightheaded- pretty much fainted. The nurse/assistant was SO nice & helpful, almost like a mother figure!

Dr. Borovsky was assigned to me as my primary care physician and when I was ready to make an initial appointment with her, I realized that she disappeared from my insurance network. (I have PPO plan that covers mostly everything). I’ve been contacting her office to check my eligibility for over a month and they still haven’t gotten back to me with the answer. So, after waiting and wasting my time for so long I had to find another primary care physician. Terrible service, stay away from this office.

She used her cellphone flashlight to check my ears and throat. I wasn’t even taken into an exam room- I was “examined” in her office. She sat behind her desk for most of the appointment. She acted like she was afraid to get near sick patients. She preferred to try to diagnose by phone without actually seeing me. And her demeanor was cold and unconcerned. Even annoyed. Made me feel as if I was bothering her for asking for medical attention.

I have been with Dr. Borovsky for two years now and this is the worst practice I've ever been to. She NEVER takes urgent appointments, says go to urgent care. She is extremely rude- she yelled at me and demeaned me for giving her my medical history. When I described my current symptoms for a chronic condition (diagnosed by several doctors before her) she scoffed and said I was lying and that it must be depression. When I said I'm not depressed she said I wasn't the one who went to medical school

Dr. Borovsky is one of the most knowledgeable and professional doctors I've ever had. She had training on one of the best medical schools in US. Dr. Borovsky is very warm and caring, it's always a pleasure to talk with her. She treats patients with respect, takes time to explain the treatment plan in simple terms. She is attentive, compassionate and very thorough. I recommend her to all my family members and friends.

Grateful patient in Los Angeles, CA – Jan 09, 2017
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Borovsky?
I would NEVER recommend anyone to this doctor. She is unprofessional and everything that comes out of her mouth is "probably, possibly, could be". It has been TWO weeks since I had lab work done, I spent the entire last week calling and requesting results. The doctor called me once to tell me four absurd allergy results and then when I questioned some, she gave me the "code" & told me if I find out what they are "avoid them". WHAT DOCTOR DOES THAT?! I am STILL waiting for the rest of my results!
