Cancelled on me more than 5 times. I left multiple voicemails and when I asked her about it, she gaslighted me like I was an idiot and said she didn’t have a voicemail. So either she gave me the wrong number, or she’s just trying to hide her incompetence. She didn’t schedule any of my appointments, never got numbers, just that they would “call me.” Switching providers immediately.

Disappointed
I heard good things about Dr Chew but she was kinda rude and acted like my appointment was irritating and like I was stupid. Which makes me sad because now it feels like I should avoid her and only 'bother' her when its life or death

She did not like being asked questions about why she was ordering certain tests or if she could explain her reasoning behind her decisions, not to mention she made several remarks that were rude, to put it lightly.. The staff at the front were kind and patient, but Dr. Chew left me feeling disrespected and uncertain of my confidence in her.

Lack of communication and support
After a shoulder injury Dr. Chew was not able to see me (she was my PCP) so I had to visit urgent care. At my scheduled appt with her I provided my X-rays but said the injury was to soft tissue and not bone. She provided a referral for an MRI. When the results of the MRI were available, I tried to schedule with her again and she could not see me, nor could she see me after I fainted and injured my head, even after many postings on her portal and requesting a visit. I felt she did not care about my well-being and became anxious and afraid because of her lack of support. I finally ended my relationship with her practice and found another PCP.

Very Friendly, But Professional
I was new to her - my GP doctor was transferred and referred me over to Dr. Chew. Was VERY nervous, because I have a “complicated” medical history. We had a telephone appointment, but I felt right at ease, and was AMAZED that she knew my history! I look forward to having my health in her hands.
