I followed up with Dr. Dunaevsky after a visit to the ER. I wanted more information on the reason for the visit in addition to how it could effect my future plans. Dr. Dunaevsky felt it was appropriate for me to see a specialist because my concerns were out of her realm of practice. Despite acknowledging that, Dr. Dunaevsky then continued to comment on other aspects of my medical concern in regards to medication. As in, “you are on a lot of medication” then telling me a medication would cause a side effect.... despite referring me to a specialist because my particular concern is not within her scope of practice. I felt judged and dismissed. I had already mentioned more than once that I was re-evaluating medications with another physician several times. I hope this saves someone else the embarrassment I felt today.

Dr. Dunaevsky is a kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable physician that explains everything to me so I can understand it. She takes her time with me and it makes me feel like I am her only patient. Yes, she runs behind sometimes, but having her as my doctor is worth the wait! I cannot thank her enough for taking care of me so well.

Utter lack of patient best interest at this office. More about being able to bill for the maximum possible. Scheduling appointments is a hassle, wait time is long, and overall a disappointing experience.

I have called 5 times in the last 2 weeks to have Dr Dunaevsky call my daughter's prescription in to Walgreen's home delivery service (to take advantage of a coupon), and it STILL has not been done.

Although she was nice enough and did my annual exam. She seemed dismissive of my other issues I brought up. Since I asked her to up my Rx for something else she decided to bill me for an office visit co pay instead of the free visit. I prefer her Nurse Practitioner instead.
