Dr. Victoria Fewell, MD

Dr. Fewell is intelligent and compassionate doctor and surgeon. She takes the time to explain conditions and listens to and advocates for her patients.

Dr. Fewell immediately and repeatedly urged me to undergo surgery ("the sooner the better")for my condition. She reluctantly admitted I could try physical therapy when I asked if there were nonsurgical options. The PT told me I'd never need surgery. I was horrified Dr. Fewell was so aggressive in pushing unnecessary surgery. Physical therapy has proved effective in managing my problem.

Dr. Fewell MD is a fine GYN Dr. She provides exceptional care and follows promptly up after tests have been done, and provides optimum care. I have been in the best of hands. I highly recommend this fine physician.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's been two years and she has done nothing about my condition. It's gotten so bad I cannot work. She has no sense of urgency. You wait a long time in the waiting room to be seen (like an hour past your appointment) and when you do get seen she rushes through the appointment in like 5 minutes. I recently was going in for a pre-op appointment, and she walks into the room and asks me why I'm seeing her. At a PRE-OP appointment for surgery! Then as I am explaining what I want done, and why, she has the gaul to say that I'm wrong about my family history and insinuates that I am lying. She doesn't care about her patients, she's biased, and stuck in her ways. She refuses to center treatment around what you need, and tries to force you into something you don't want to do. I refused a procedure that was going to cause a lot of pain, and she insisted that I should just get doped up on medication and do it anyways. I would not refer her or her office to anyone

Dr. Fewell completed a Robotic Hysterectomy June 2020. I can't express how pleased I have been with the procedure/surgery. The recovery process was very easy and pleasant. I did not need pain medication after 2 days from when the procedure was completed. The pain medication that was used, was a nasal spray. This spray does not have any side effects and is not a narcotic, which made me very happy. Dr. Fewell went the extra mile to check on me several times the next day to be sure I was doing well. I cannot thank you enough Dr. Fewell. I appreciate your expertise!

Dr Fewell is very thorough and explains everything. She answers questions and asks me other questions. She knows me and my history. Highly recommend. Fought with my insurance company to approve medication (and won!).

Didn't see and never met Dr. Fewell. Arrived the 1/2 hour early for new patient paperwork. Waited 1/2 hour past my appointment in the waiting room and walked out after waiting another 35 minutes in the exam room. I was very excited to finally get some answers with various questions, and I got screwed.

Dr. Fewell is amazing. Very compassionate & understanding. Her nurse Mary is one of the best and always very helpful. They are a wonderful team. I would not put my care in anyone else's hands. I highly recommend!

I've been a patient of hers for many years. She was great at first but slowly stopped caring. She doesn't remember previous conversations we've had. She doesn't look up your history before treating you. She's quick to suggest the newest product on the market. It's beyond frustrating to wait over an hour at each appointment for subpar service. She's more interested in making money so she double and triple books her patients. I've had several conversations with her that I'm not happy and she just doesn't care.

She botched my hysterectomy...left me to die. I had to go to a different hospital and was put through weeks of pain and further surgeries to fix what she messed up. Worst part is that she did not care at all.

I had a laparoscopic/Davinci assisted hysterectomy performed by Dr. Fewell in August 2018. Dr. Fewell has exceptional bedside manner, compassion, surgical skill, knowledge and follow-through. As a doctor myself, I am very critical of my own doctors. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Fewell; she is wonderful!

After years of having problems & surgeries on my uterus, I finally decided to have a hysterectomy. Dr. Fewell came highly recommended for hysterectomies as she does the robotic (Da Vinci Machine) hysterectomy. She was very thoroughal at the pre-op appointment & again at the hospital prior to surgery. Recovery was so much better with only 4 small incisions instead of the large incision that you get from the normal hysterectomy. She has helped me out so much & I look forward to being pain free!

Dr. Fewell is always on vacation. I can count on one hand the number of times I actually saw her, most of the time it was the NP. She didn't deliver my baby because (guess what) she was on vacation. She never seemed to care much about my history either and after waiting overy 30 minutes in the waiting room every time, she would spend 5 minutes with me. I don't recommend her at all. The staff isn't that great either.

Dr. Fewell did my hysterectomy in November 2014. She was awesome... I was up and cooking Thanksgiving dinner in 24 hours and on a plane for a new job in 4 days. Never felt better and the care I had was fantastic!

Dr. Fewell was my doctor with my last pregnancy. She would come in the room and didn't know how many weeks along i was, or any general information about me or my pregnancy. A quick overview of my chart before entering the room would have resolved the issue. But I really don't think she cared. She didn't delivery my baby, which I was glad about. I changed doctors right after I have birth.
