Dr. Victoria Moffatt, MD

I visited her via "Dr. on Demand" and it made me never even want to use that platform again. If she's made up her mind about your care, forget about any of your needs, concerns, or reasons for calling her up/going in to see her. Her decision is her own and unwavering with zero room for debate or even remotely attempting to understand the patient she's been asked to see. She didn't even give me time plea my case or explain my needs, she was there and gone less than 60 seconds making up her mind without any objective data or input from me besides a very thin file/questionnaire it asked that I took and she was able to review just prior. Unacceptable treatment.

Terrible. Dr on Demand was how I used her services and I was diagnosed with a cough associated by a cold. Less than 24 hours later my temperature has spiked to 101.8 and I woke up with chills and my body shaking. She put for me to contact if my symptoms got worse, which they have, but refuses to see me without collecting another fee. Had I been diagnosed properly the first time I wouldn’t need a follow up!!

Horrible, diagnosed sinus infection without even looking in my nose. wanted to prescribe antibiotics. I asked for other options. I asked for a nose spray like Afrin but something not addictive. She said Flonase. After I purchased it and not only did it not work but clogged my nose even more, she refused to prescribe anything else. Of course Skyline Urgent care was happy to take my money. Flonase says not to use for congestion, for allergies only and I don't have allergies.
