Steer clear
Sending her PA in to tell me I can’t have surgery on my neck until I have gone through (again) the pain clinics steroids injections didn’t sit right with me. It’s now been over a year and I’m unable to move my neck completely back, sideways or forward. The excruciating pain is taking a toll on my quality of life. This lady seriously has zero compassion for patients. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Life saving surgery
Dr. Victoria Samual’s …I felt that she saved my life when I had neck surgery. Before I had surgery I had the worst pain I have ever experience in my life. I had negative thoughts before the surgery because I was in sooo much pain. Today I’m doing great after the surgery to fused my neck.

Awesome doctor
I’ve had both hands repaired with carpal tunnel surgery by Dr. Samuels. She is very professional and explains the procedure with confidence. Dr Samuels and her wonderful staff, truly care about their patients and are very time efficient and approachable. I highly recommend the team at the Goldsboro Branch.

Dr. Samuels is a fine surgeon. Dr. Samuels is not quick to cut; she tried all options before performing the needed surgery. She did surgery on my 90 year old mother. Dr. Samuels was thorough and the surgery was a complete success. She is compassionate and caring. We could not be more pleased with the care Dr. Samuels provided.

I had a herniated disc (L5/S1) from sneezing too hard. I had been to my family dr a few times and then was referred to Dr. Samuels. She did a CT scan and an MRI at my local hospital, at it was determined that I required surgery immediately. While she was performing my surgery, she discovered a sliver of 5mm of calcified bone that was wedged between my vertebrae, and removed it since it was in danger of slicing nerves and causing permanent damage to my spinal column. She is a phenomenal surgeon!!

About Me

care philosophy

I chose to become a provider to help those in need. I am a conservative surgeon and believe that surgery, in most cases, should be the last option in treatment. I am especially interested in brain and spinal tumors. Outside of the office, I enjoy outdoor activities, cooking and reading.
