She dropped me mid-cycle because I had too many questions. Their staff drew blood and conducted medical procedures that were not needed and tested blood for parameters not required, in addition to numerous billing errors by their office. When I tried to stand up for myself, I was immediately dropped mid-cycle and called a "rude and mean person" as I was crying on the phone. Turns out I got pregnant under her care and it was ectopic, requiring surgery. I would not recommend her or her office to anyone for anything. She does not care about you and will rush you into IVF or whatever just so she can earn money. She might come across as nice, but as soon as you stand up for yourself when they make both medical and billing errors, she will turn on you and drop you. I have already brought this up to the Illinois medical licensing board as an official complaint against this "mean and rude" woman.

She was easy to talk to, very patient and thorough! She didn’t rush my daughter and explained several times the procedure that was best for my daughter. Her staff were very understand and sympathetic.

Dr. "Victoria" Snegovskikh has been such a breath of fresh air for me. I've been going to the center for over 3 years and I have worked with all of the doctors. When Dr. Pagidas left, I was worried I'd never find someone quite as compassionate. Dr. Victoria made the transition so simple. Even though she is incredibly intelligent, Dr. Victoria has a natural way of explaining things, and she answers all questions in a kind, respectful way. I know she truly cares about me as an individual patient.

Dr. "Victoria", as her patients call her, is fantastic. She is smart, compassionate, and highly trained. I had worked with a number of doctors in this practice and she is one of the best. After many years of fertility struggles she helped my husband and I welcome our daughter into the world this past summer. I highly recommend her, and Women and Infants Center for Reproduction and Fertility if you are looking for a compassionate, professional setting to explore your fertility options.
