I've never really had a pleasant experience at this clinic. There has not been a single instance where my appointment time was respected. I would show up on time if not early and would sit in the clinic's waiting room for over 45 minutes before I was even taken to another holding cell where I got to wait some more before the doctor found a convenient time to come and see me. I have expressed this concern to the receptionists and they have always brushed it off. Dr. Victoria Wilkes was my family doctor - I find her to be a cold drug pusher, prescribing drugs seems to be her out. During my "meet & greet" appointment she just sat there with her head in her notebook and couldn't even make eye contact. Her personality is very cold and unwelcoming, I honestly dreaded every appointment with her and didn't want to start a new search for another family physician. She also made me fee like my issue isn't an issue and I am a bother, she is abrasive, arrogant and abrupt. Don't waste your time

Since when is it OK for Doctor's to treat patients like a virus? This clinic and specifically Dr. Victoria Wilkes seems to treat patients by her own opinions and impressions based on hypotheticals and personal bias instead of actually practicing medicine (or using scientific processes for diagnosis). Then, when someone is frustrated after YEARS of struggling with issues and happens to not be jovial and smiling about it, she feels it is not only necessary but somehow appropriate to call this person and berate them because apparently 8 months ago a clerk wrote down "Patient was rude". Some people with extreme stress and dealing with illness for YEARS with very little support because of people taking their physical appearance as evidence, believe it or not may not be the happiest people to talk to when they are in the middle of the situation. That doesn't mean that they don't deserve medical care. This clinic, and especially Dr Victoria Wilkes should be ashamed! So now, when that same
