Dr. Victorine Nguena is a very knowledgeable doctor who cares greatly about her patients. She takes the time to listen to what the patients complaints are and finds the best treatment while taking into consideration affordability of the course of treatment. Also, she is always available to bring in patients especially for a visit at a short notice, these helps to reduce the amount of emergency room visits. I strongly recommend her as a primary care doctor. She is one of the best doctors around.

Absolute worst doctor ever. she simply preys off of patients. I have employer provided insurance and went to her because had availabilty. When I arrived at her office, she personally came out and said that she would only do a physical unless I paid $150 or $100 up front. I did not have a deductible so I refused. During the "physical" she refused to answer questions and because I would not give her a $100. Didn't even send off my labwork

Dr Victorine is lovely & caring HOWEVER wait times & lateness are an issue. Her staff is inept, uneducated, & passive aggressively rude. One called to give me the results of a blood test but was unable to explain TO ANY DEGREE what having a low white blood cell count meant. She said she was a nurse, turns out she is a medical assistant. This was my first time back in a year & though I didn't really appreciate her staff I decided to give it another chance because I liked her. Going elsewhere.
