Too busy to take care of her existing patients....
Uncaring primary care doctor with awful office staff who cares not one iota about their patients. They're quick to tell you to go to the ER for non-emergencies, like requesting a prescription refill for steroid cream. Several months ago I asked for a referral for a needed scan and they told me to just go to the ER, for a non-emergency. This doctor then cancelled my appointment after demanding I go see her to get referral for needed scan. I sure hope the Clobetasol cream I need gets called in today. No doctor should be too busy to care for the patients they choose to take into their practice. If they're too busy to call in a simple prescription taking 3-5 days, then they're incompetent.

Dr Patel IS THE BEST! She is wonderful and I am not the best patient. We communicate very well, we discuss everything, she is always prepare and top of everything. She puts time into our visits.
