Dr. Vidhyalakshmi Koka, MD

This is the worst group of staff members that I have ever endured. They do not listen to a word that you say. They're abusive gas lighters & because they do not listen, would rather argue & minimize you as a person. They ask the same questions over & over, which tells me that they do not care enough to even look at your records. When they do, they get your information mixed up & confused. They're not proactive when they send you to a specialist (or lab work). They're like a bunch of clowns in a small circus car. They'll literally yell & blame you for THIER mistakes & incompetence. They should not be practicing. Doctors like this is why people die! Not only are they negligent & non pro-active, appointments with them are so stressful that you go out of your way to avoid them. I've decided to change doctors. To anyone else who is smart enough to make this same decision, please be thorough. Our choices are very few. Dr. Koka is associated with more than half or the practitioners listed.

Wait times are sometimes over 2 hours even for phone appointments and recently I went to make an appointment and they said none are available and said to call back everyday to see if there is a cancellation. So ridiculous. She has made unnecessary follow up appointments with me so I feel she just books her self for the money.

Horrible Doctor! Have spent weeks leaving messages and trying to assist my mom in getting into the office to get checked on. Not once has ANYONE had the decency to contact us back. Ridiculous care for seniors. You have no business being in the medical field.

Dr koka is a very loving and caring doctor not only for her own patients but also for me. I’m very grateful for her help today by phone. I think I will switch doctors for sure.

Dr. Koka has been my family Dr. for many years now. She is the most excellent family Dr. I have ever had. She is professional, courteous and caring. She takes the time to listen to us and answer all of our questions. I HIGHLY recommend her.

If I could give this zero stars I would. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. I recently had blood work done. The people at the lab told me that I could review my results online so as soon as they were ready I logged in and reviewed them. I still had not heard back from the dr. The next day the pharmacy calls me and tells me that I have a prescription ready... I never called one in. Turns out the dr called one in for me without even calling to give me my results. So I called the dr to have someone go over

This office has showed me they care about my health. Dr. koka takes her time with me and listens to everything I need to say. She is truely awesome!

worse doctor ever, we had to change doctors just to get a real professional results. her receptionists at the office were rude and gave us the run around ,the P.A. s were uninformative and uninterested in helping my wife.

I have never seen Dr Koka. Every time I come in I see a different doctor. Recently I came in with extreme pain. First the doctor wanted me to go somewhere else. Then she finally said she would order an X-Ray. She never touched me and never asked about my pain. She never came over to look at me when I was talking to her. She had zero compassion or beside manner. I asked for pain medication and she refused. No one listens to their patient. They do not follow through on what they say. Terrible!
