I would give them zero star if possible!!! Have not experienced with Dr. dài myself however, his office staff is extremely rude!!! I called to request the new patient’s paperwork to be emailed or faxed. I get it every doctor’s office is different! Not complaining about the fact they do not offer the above options. It’s the rude receptionist that answered the phone. She was extremely rude with her tone and hung up the phone. When I tried calling back they did not answer led the office phone. Finally a guy answered and quickly said I’ll put you on hold. Didn’t even give me a chance to say anything. Dr. Dao, you failed your patients by hiring incompetent employees that does not have the basic knowledge of customer service. I will report your office to the CDPH!

I have Great Experience with Dr.Viet Dao

My first visit as an initial patient, I should’ve met the physician but instead I met a nurse practitioner. I sought the appointment for symptoms that I felt this person did not really listen. I am sick today in another state and I telephoned the office by which they very rudely told me there was nothing that they could do to help me. Did not offer or suggested I call my insurance company, advised me that they did not perform video appointments and refused to let me speak with the doctor when I asked for a callback. I was abruptly told that the physician does not speak to patients or call them back. The office to me was also dirty on my initial visit and the staff exceedingly unfriendly. There was a reason why this position has 1.5 stars.
