Critical care is fine Fails online communication
Attempted to contact for 3 weeks about an urgent test request from another doctor. My chart and calls fell flat. Been a patient for 10 years. Went with another MD. He was in south office once a month. Need someone who communicates.

Unprofessional
I have seen Dr Tivakaran twice now. Each time he was very dismissive of my concerns. Went to ER, EKG came back borderline, I was very dizzy and passed out. He said I was on too many meds. Sir, I’m on 3!! And none heart related. He said “I don’t know what more I have to do to prove to you that you’re fine, your heart is not going to explode.” Well, thanks for that. But I’m not worried at all about my heart exploding. I’m worried about constantly getting dizzy, losing my vision, and fainting! He also stepped out into the hallway bear staff and other patients and said “you’re fine ok. You’re fine!” So unprofessional. My referred me to another cardiologist because he doesn’t think “I’m fine”. Do better Dr Tivakaran!!
