I would not recommend her to ANYONE. She needs to be called out for her shameful behavior. Shame on you, Dr. Arvind. You need a refresher course on dealing with the ADA community.

Dr. Arvind was a life saver. After seeing multiple pain management doctors, she reviewed all my past history, devised a realistic plan to manage my pain and help me reduce my dependency to pain drugs. After hearing most of New Hampshire being addicted to drugs, I am glad we have doctors who care about getting us reduce our dependency to drugs.

From my initial appointment I requested to get an MRI for my knee and each time she told me no, that an MRI would not detect nerve damage. I was supposed to see a neurologist, but her front office never booked the appointment. My last visit I requested for an MRI; same response. My PCP referred me to an orthopedic doctor the following week. He scheduled my MRI and had a torn meniscus. Had surgery the following week; I had been dealing with the pain since 2014. She's all about money!

I went there for knee pain. I showed her my MRI. She said I had a tear in my meniscus muscle and that it was almost bone on bone on my knee. She told me to take ibuprofen. I told her that it doesn't work. So she said she could do injections. So I did that. That was the worst decision I ever made. They couldn't get an iv to give me the relaxing meds. So she just starts sticking needles in my knee. It hurt so bad I was crying. After she did my left knee I told her no more. I will never go back.

I was seen by Dr. Arvind for upper and lower back pain. She never examined me and didn't want to see the cds of my MRIs. She did look at the radiologist report. She told me to get an EMG then she said she didn't need to see the results. She did 3 facet joint injections on my lumbar spine. I told her the pain wasn't improved she told me I didn't need to come back. After seeing a neurologist, was correctly dx and treated.I have a $40 credit I have been trying for months to get a refund on.
