Very easy to talk to, gives explanation of medical situations in easy to understand terms. Answers any questions or concerns in an easy to understand manner.All staff are very friendly and no long wait times that are not uncommon in other doctors offices. The Pasadena office is amazing!!!! Dr. Koka is very thorough when you visit with him. The staff at the Pasadena office is beyond Amazing, always cheerful and most of all they go above and beyond to help you with whatever issues you may have. A special shout out to Esmeralda, I jokingly call her my personal nurse. She is the Best!!!!

Saw dr koka today and as always I never feel rushed ,dr kola answered all my questions and explained very well how all my illnesses impact each other ,I would recommend him to any one needing a nephrologist
