Followup to a middle ear infection diagnosed week ago out of town. Vertigo issues, difficulty hearing and pain down into throat. Dr Nayak Seemed nice but also like I was taking up his time. Said decongestant may or may not help. I use nasal rinse with budesonide and nasal spray. Asked for refill he said "you know that's not fda approved." I looked it up - yes. It is. no suggestions to help w pain. Looked in ear but not throat. Said has to run its course. NoT good 1st impression, no feel better
