Constant issues with office failures and mistakes. Office personnel would not file insurance claim because “ too much work” and suggested I do it instead. Office personnel made false statements against local pharmacy to cover their failures. Dr Prasard always dismissive of her staffs bad behavior , her personal lack in communication skills and failed to provide timely medical assistance. They have misdiagnosed and made referrals to specialist without explanation. Please note the handwritten notes thru out her office stating rudeness will not be tolerated toward from patients… talk about projection Tried for two years…there are too many good doctors to tolerate bad ones

Dr Prasad’s bedside manner is terrible and dismissive. Her high turn over in office staff results in constant insurance errors and mishandling of prescriptions. She has handwritten notes all over her offices warning patients about being rude to her and her staff… obvious projection

Very bad; rude staff; many mistakes made from wrong prescription, failure to share medical lab, staff not filing with insurance because they are “too busy” Nurse practitioner and phlebotomist were only reason to go to this “ clinic”

My visit has been delightful, informative, and super. I love Dr. Prasad, she's my go-to. She's a great lady and I've known her since she moved to Swainsboro. She's made a great improvement to this community and the medical services here.

I really enjoy Dr Prasad and her staff. They are all very knowledgeable. I could not ask for better care. There are short wait times. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Office staff is very compassionate and caring.

This doctor is very rude in her treatment of family members who seek to get a better understanding of their family member's medical conditions. I do not recommend going to this doctor.

Dr Prasad is by far the best in town with a fantastic staff. They always return calls, respond to requests the same day, have very low wait times and will find a way to see you when you need it. Besides all that, I honestly believe she may have saved my life a few years ago when the hospital emergency room staff misdiagnosed a ruptured appendix. She caught it immediately and had me in surgery within the hour. She's just a beautiful person inside and out.
