Arrogant, Rude, Dismissive
This is one of those doctors that has a God complex. Has absolute no bedside manner, does not listen at all will over speak you and tell you to be quiet And that you’re wasting his time when you have questions and concerns. Tried dealing with him for a few months and was in just as much pain With no answer answers. Just kept pushing Trials so he could obviously make money from them. I will say that the staff is very friendly and polite But he treats them horrible as well!

A doctor who finally helped!
I’ve been to a numerous amount of doctors over the past three years trying to find out the issue with it I’m going pain in my hip leg back. Each doctor passed me on to another doctor with no explanation or help. I was at wits end. A friend of mine who recommended see Dr. Varma And I couldn’t be more happy. Varma and his team took the time to do multiple tests and actually have a conversation with me in regards to what the issues were. He did not push any type of medication injections and more surgery on me, he knew I had auto immune diseases and took them into effect prior to offering types of relief. Although sometimes it’s difficult to get an appointment immediately and Wait times can be a bit long, well worth it and I would definitely recommend making an appointment! I’m feeling like my old self again.

Rude, Arrogant Doctor, seek treatment elsewhere
Dr. Varma deserves 0 STARS. I am a chronic pain patient and wanted a fresh new opinion. This was my first visit to Dr. Varma and he did not listen to me or examine me. Dr. Varma was Nasty, rude, arrogant, condescending and unprofessional. Choose another doctor. He said I have a busy practice and don’t have time for patients that are going to be potential complainers.

1st time I was here it took 3 hours I was told that wasn't the norm and now I'm here for 2nd visit was told my 9am appt was the first of day arriver here 845 and 9 people waiting. They tell me he's always late and there's always a wait. Receptionist tells me he's not even here yet it's 920 and she assures me that my wait won't be long. I will wait briefly to see if I get in to see him or if I need to find another doctor. Had MRI last week I called office for him to review results no call back

He is very busy. Always busy to cover as much patients as he can. Therefore, he does not have time to answer questions of his patients. Actually, he don’t even care to answer. You ask him a question and will leave your cabin with half answer because other patients are waiting for him in other cabins. That’s very rude, unfair and could be dangerous . I had a worst experience in Jericho location. Appointment time 10.30 took me in after 1.30pm. 210 minutes (three and half hour) of waiting.

Dr Varma has been a fabulous pain management Doctor. Unlike many of the other Dr's I have seen, he takes the time to listen to me and is actually familiar with my injuries. When I have had problems filling meds, his office has worked with my insurance and pharmacy to rectify situation. He also treats my migraines, so his cross degree in neurology is extremely helpful. I highly recommend him for pain management as well neurological needs.

Dr. Varma has been treating me for a neurological chronic pain condition for almost two years. He is knowledgable, caring and professional. He discusses all options of treatment with me and answers all my questions. He takes the time to get to know his patients. I would recommend Dr. Varma to anyone with a neurological concern and have been very happy with the treatment I have been receiving.

I had encountered terrible Dr.'s. in the past. I was very sceptical in searching for a new Dr. However, after looking for a new pain management Dr., Dr. Varma and his staff were very pleasant to deal with in their office. Dr. Varma took the time to explain my options before treating me. He made sure that I was very comfortable in the process. This is exactly what I needed. I wanted to feel comfortable . I felt like I made the right decision w/ dr. Verma :) .
