Dr. Vinay Hosmane, MD

I was put in a 'storage like' room for 3hrs. I was going to leave and told to just wait 5 more minutes. He arrived and sat on the old stored patient bed. No apology offered. His excuse is that they were understaffed that day.....shouldn't mean he can let patients wait for 3hrs. He then used some foul language which shocked me. Not the way to start a new patient interview. This guy must have slept thru 'Bedside Manner 101'. After waiting for 3 hrs, he was out of the room in 20 minutes. If I was 3hrs late for an appointment, he would not have waited for me. I will, obviously, not be a patient of his and my husband will be leaving the practice as well. A long and horrific day. Would NOT recommend. There are so many great Cardiologists out there. Skip this one.

We have waited 3 hours for an appointment just like everyone else complains about. Don't even try to call the office no one ever answers or calls you back. Dr. Hosmane is a very nice man but I'm not so sure about his knowledge. I found he misspoke a few times, contradicted himself and gave me false information once. I would not recommend him. He and his office needs to do better!!

His Integrity and caring for his patients./He Pleasantly communicate when explaining or going over test results.

Dr. Hosmane is a great cardiologist and really does take time to talk to you and discuss care and treatment options. He’s obviously very well educated and has great bedside manner. However - the way the practice is run in is very hard to get past. I ended up needing to take a half day at work because what I thought would be a 1.5 hour appointment took well over 3. I spent 2+ hours of that time waiting. Just sitting and waiting. I considered just leaving but knew I wouldn’t be able to get another appointment for 6-8 weeks. I also get never get someone on the phone when calling. I had to leave several messages before getting a call back. I appreciate that Dr. H doesn’t want to rush appointments and that he cares for his patients. But he really needs to balance that with timeliness and respect for the patient’s time.

Dr. Hosmane pours his heart into his patients' hearts, demonstrating the highest level of, taking time to explain results and best options for a long healthy life. I recommend him highly to friends and colleagues.

I like Dr. Husband and his staff. I really hate to wait at least 2 hrs to see him. I never feel rushed but the wait time is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Dr. Hosmane is an excellent Dr./Cardiologist. He’s very knowledgeable, pleasant, and he listens to any concerns you may have. I highly recommend him and know I’m in the best of care. His office staff has always been friendly, caring and helpful.

I have never had a doctor take so much time with me and take an interest in my health. He makes a point to explain what is going on and why he is recommending the care and treatment. He explains all of your medication and how to take it. Very big advocate for plant based life style. With his guidance, expertise, encouragement and extreme knowledge my life has completely changes for he better. I am now off several medication, a complete vegan and have not felt this good in many years, thanks.

There are a lot of better cardiologist out there who care about your health then Dr Hosmame. If your in the hospital I feel he should visit you since he’s your cardiologist. I was in there twice with cardiac issues and he never came in to see me. Go to his office and if your lucky you only have to wait 2 hours, normally it’s 3 hours. My time is just as valuable as his. Don’t leave a negative review on Facebook because they will remove it, that’s why you only see 5 stars.

He's up front with you gives you good advice about your situation in order to get better follow directions Doctor Hosmane is a very special friend in my book

Dr. Hosmane seems nice and knowledgeable, but his staff is rude and wait time is appalling. I waited almost 3 hrs for my appointment, and eventually had to leave since I was going to be late to work. When I nicely asked staff (at the 1hr mark) how much longer I could expect, I received a very curt "we don't know". When I needed to leave and tried to reschedule, I was told it would be another month (it had already been 2). I said I'd call later, front staff rolled their eyes. Very unprofessional!
