Incredibly detailed, good listener and willing to work with me, I feel she is helping me and I will be effective in my treatment.She is very much a common sense doctor.

They are only accepting telehealth which is fine but it is not ok when they do not communicate. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and did not receive a confirmation phone call, email, text, or voicemail. I call them on the day of about 15min before my scheduled telehealth appointment only to find out that I needed to fill out paperwork prior to being seen. I was not told when I made the appointment bore did anyone attempt to let me know before hand how to do it. Additionally, these forms are only accessible through their website and they are not able to email it to you. Once you complete the forms you have to email it back. I was driving when I called asking if my appointment was still going to occur and they told me all this so I was not able to fill out the forms. I was on the phone with them for an hour. I asked them when I would be able to be seen since the forms weren’t due to the lack of communication and they said an hour and half wait! I cancelled. Never again. Unprofes
