Dr. Vincent Carrao, DDS

As much as I liked Dr. Carrao, The 5 times I was there, the office staff were rude as hell. I always walk in with a smile on my face, and they were too busy talking with each other, and couldn’t crack a smile. Speed bumps have more personality than these girls. I understand they’re busy, but come on! How rude can you be? They act as if they’re above you and they don’t want to be there. They’re horrible. I never had surgery done there, always went for consultations, but after reading all the negative reviews about Dr. Carrao, I’m glad I never went in for surgery. At this point, I don’t trust the office at all.

Avoid this place if you value your time because they do not. You have to pay for parking and the team in the office considers their time much more important than yours. Office full of people waiting 45 min- 1 hour past their scheduled time

It was a very difficult experience, probably the worst in a long life of dental appointments and treatments. The Dr. is uncaring, greedy and especially rude. During the Consultation, ($100 and $125 for X-Ray), He did not clearly explain what so ever, the procedure and the fees for each stage of the surgery. No wonder, his ratings so low (3 star) among all the dentists in the NY/NJ areas. Try to stay away from this Dr.

People person, good Dr patient manners, would recommend to any person who needs Dr/Dentist in the specialties that the Dr. Carrao performs.

I went through about 5 consultations with Dr. Carrao. We were about three weeks from a scheduled surgery when he said he changed his mind and I did need braces, contrary to what he earlier said. The orthodontist I was working with said it would take 1 year to get my teeth in place for the braces to work during surgery. I found that while Dr. carrao was somewhat patient with questions, he was rather dismissive and the more challenging my questions were for him, the more dismissive he got.

I highly encourage you to stay away. I came in to have my wisdom teeth taken out Dr. Carrao said that as my case is complicated (my jaw might break) he could only do it in the hospital with a full Anesthesia. This was all false yes my case was a little complicated but didn't require a hospital... I decided to get a second opinion from a private clinic who performed the surgery in his office with local Anesthesia and No jaw breaking! anyone considering Dr Carrao should go and get a second opinion

Best doctor I had he is real explain clear and with simple way that make you feel that you are in the best hands. Thank you

Dr.Carrao is the best. I had a surgery and he did an amazing job. His staff is amazing, comforting, and very nice. I recomend Dr.Carrao to anyone who needs an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. ??????

Barbarians!! My 19 yr old daughter had 5 extractions there and gave her a 3day supply of Tylenol #3 with codeine full well knowing the pain and swelling will be @ it s worst @ that point. Their standard of care is to leave there patients in agony cause the pain will start getting better after day 3. WHAT?? He says the meds prescribed for that type of surgery is their everyday practice. What kind of surgeon gives that mild pain reliever for 5 teeth, maybe 1 or 2 not 5. She has been in agony.

Great doctor and office staff. Very helpful and patient. My daughter had oral surgery and the entire staff helped us through the process. Dr. Carrao was very kind and answered my questions.

I could have done a better job with Play Doh for my oral appliance for sleep apnea. Visited this stooge at Mount Sinai over 15 times, and he could care less about how poorly his office cared for me. Luis Molina, the administrator at this house of horrors is a joke. He returned .05% of my phone calls of which there were at least 50 over the course of 7 months. Just look elsewhere. It's not worth the aggravation.

THE LAZIEST, MOST POORLY RUN OFFICE STAFF....THEY ARE SO RUDE AND COMBATIVE. I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, GOING ELSEWHERE!

Several years ago my daughter went to Dr Carrao for maxillofacial surgery; to this day we are thankful to have had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Carrao and his staff guided us through a rather complicated procedure with care and confidence… And the outcome was simply amazing. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I went in staff was nice talkes for 2 seconds i have an infected tooth they want to make me wait 2 months thats just ridiculous

I went to Dr. Carrao for an extraction . He made me feel very comfortable and he has a very caring personality. I was so worried to go their but when I met him I left my 1st appt. feeling confident. The second appt was very professional and he extracted my tooth in seconds. He is wonderful at what de does.

I have an extraction with Dr: Vicent Carrao , he is a very good doctor . He give me a very good attention , he take times to listening and make patients feel comfortable. Staff are very nice too and sweet. Another things he scheduled are on times , I didn't have to wait hours , they call as soon as possible. His office is very clean , also they give u the Appoit with shortly times . I was very happy with Dr: Carrao and it was the first times at this office....!!!!??????
