Tomorrow will be the 5th year anniversary of my husband's aortic valve stenosis surgery. It was seamlessly performed by Dr. Gaudiani and his team. My husband is hopping and more energetic than ever! My husband has been monitored since he was detected with heart murmur which had been in his health records since his youth days in Germany. It was never raised a flag by his doctors of earlier years until 7yrs ago. In our first visit to Dr. Gaudiani, we had direct connection. We felt his passion, engagement, and confidence in treating my husband. We read many reviews and watched Dr.'s speeches online. When we visited Vincent, we were convinced that he is the 'heart technician' as he claimed. He recommended El Camino Hospital which has the best equipment and team. My husband recovered in 3 days. Dr. Gaudiani thoughtfully planted a larger valve to enable the minimally invasive TAVR procedure that will be needed in ~12 yrs. THANK YOU!

CAN I GIVE A SIXTH STAR? IF I COULD IT WOULD BE THERE! When I learned I needed CABG I asked my Cardio MD if he had a good marriage. He said "Absolutely." I asked him, "To whom would you send her for heart surgery?" He said without hesitation, "Dr. Vincent Guadiani." It was worth the trip to Monterey! Amazing surgeon, personable--he is the standard by which others are evaluated. My surgery was uneventful and I've had doctors strain to see my midline scar!" I highy recommmend (and have on numerous occasions) Dr. Guadiani--he's on top of the VERY BEST IN THE COUNTRY LIST! THANK YOU DOCTOR -- YOU GAVE ME MORE LIFE! Loved CHOMP and the nursing staff--all their people--competent, professional, compassionate and so very concerned about the patient's well being. I still want to know who the lady was that attended to me and hummed those sweet songs? I was not yet fully awake but those melodies were so soothing---I wanted to tell her!

Dr. Gaudiani replaced my Aortic valve in 1987 1999 2011 and if he is still practicing when I get in when I need another operation I will go right back to him. besides being a skilled and gifted surgeon he himself has a beautiful heart and cares about you and your family and your future . That’s not even mentioning the beautiful staff at Sequoia hospital Redwood City California. Salvador Castillo Woodlake ca.

He saved my mom when nobody else wanted to try the surgery. He's a nice man. He has about 5 outstanding traits that when you put them all together you have a truly great surgeon. He is a very confident fellow, but he will give you the facts. He was so happy after my mom's surgery; He knew he did a great job on a big surgery. His confidence will rub off on you during your time of need.

He replaced my Aortic valve and a section of my ascending aorta. The surgery was amazing, a 9cm opening, 4 nights in the hospital, driving in 3 weeks, motorcycling and golfing in 10 weeks. He is an incredibly gifted heart surgeon. The best!

This md was more interested in his computer and a new 3D app than he was in the patient in front of him. I would avoid this md, find some one who is interested in YOUR success not his.

Dr. Guadiani is not only extremely skilled in cardiac surgery, but he is also accurate, precise and quick. All of these characteristics are very important when having valve replacement. His bedside manner is excellent and he takes the time to explain exactly what is happening. He is an excellent physician and his expertise provides a tremendous sense of relief to not only the patient, but also their family.

The best. He performed my triple-bypass in Sept. 2015. Everything went like clock-work, his experience, skill and concern for me was above all expectations. After 4 months I feel great as if nothing ever happened. I will be forever grateful to him and his excellent team. The follow-up Cardiac Rehab program is a must - I recommend it for all similar cases.
