Great Dr.
Dr. Ho has been our primary care physician for a few years now. He is professional, organized, and communicates to us (his patience) clearly. While under his care I have never felt ignored. He is meticulous to detail when relaying information to other physicians who are working on your condition. He shows great care, and I highly recommended him.

Bad experience, multiple times
The staff all seemed annoyed that I was asking to confirm my appt or viait details. Even when I got there, it was very hostile. They honestly feel like they don't care. When I saw the doctor, he heard what I said but didn't do anything related to my issues. Also, staff encouraged me not to get vaccines, which was really bizarre. I've been at this office multiple times, and have always had negative experiences. Don't come.

I am very happy with the services Dr. Ho provided to my elderly parents. He is calm and thorough in his examination and we never felt rushed. He took time to explain what needs to be done and consistently followed up through phone conversations when necessary. His diagnosis for my parents was right on and we were able to get the proper care. Nurse Mary and Nancy are amazing. They work with passion and sometimes go above and beyond their duty and are very professional in their services.

Came to see Dr. Ho, however the front office receptionist told me over the phone that only the nurse practitioner is here today. I didn't mind and made an appointment that same day of. Came and everything went smoothly. The NP that checked me out was very friendly, helpful, and listened to all my issues and questions. I didn't feel rushed and they were able to help me get my meds pushed to Walgreens quickly.
